What we ended up with . . .

I got the opportunity this year to spend some time with the kids before Christmas decorating sugar cookies for Santa. It was so much fun, and I was so impressed with the girls' work. They did a beautiful job. They did the majority of the cookies in the pictures above! Tucker wasn't quite as interested in decorating them as he was in eating them! I was just so thankful to have a lighter work schedule this Christmas, so that I actually accomplished everything that I wanted to do with the kids before Christmas got here. Usually, most things got set aside (like baking cookies together) so that all the "must dos" got done in time. I thank God every day for Tyler's job and for my opportunity to have a more relaxed schedule to enjoy the kids while they are so young. Merry Christmas to me!
